PLASTICISED PVC COMPOUNDS (P-PVC)
Our range of plasticised PVC compounds, with hardnesses from Shore A 46 to 94, includes products ideal for extrusion, injection moulding, calendering, and coating. Our compounds can be specifically formulated for enhanced resistance to UV, oils, hydrocarbons, and extreme temperatures. We offer PVC/PU, PVC/NBR blends, and flame-retardant compounds free of Antimony Trioxide (ATO-free).

Our Rigid PVC (U-PVC) compounds are suitable for processing by extrusion, moulding, blow moulding, and calendering. Formulations can be specifically modified for improved resistance to UV, impact, and low temperatures. We also offer PVC/ABS/SAN polymer alloys and flame-retardant compounds free of Antimony Trioxide (ATO-free).

THERMO SHIELD
ThermoShield is our line of purging compounds designed for plant shutdowns: they are thermally stable and engineered to protect extruders and injection moulding machines during production start-up and shutdown phases.
ThermoShield prevents polymer oxidation, inhibits burning, and cleans away deposits during shutdown. It also facilitates restart, significantly reducing downtime and production waste.
